Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, the alpine mountain of China has become one of the best escapes around the globe. The place is in the north west of Lijiang Naxi County and stands along the Jinshajiang River. The ambience envelopes the enticing snow-filled peaks basking in the sun decorated with the garlands of blossom.

Hiking:
You can hike from the Spruce Plain in the eastern side of the mountain. You can enjoy the scenic views of the mountains and beautiful scenery by the trail. You can enjoy the hike on the trails of Qiaotou, Walnut Grove and Daju. You will also experience the local men and women singing melodious songs.
Water Rafting:
You can enjoy the white waters in many ponds and streams, where you can swim or do boating. You can even feel the sheer spring in these lakes. Here is the Ganhaizi Lake that is a large patch of grass land in the eastern side of the Jade Mountain. In the summers, the area turns into a beautiful garden filled with range vegetation and shades of blossoms.
Glacier Park:
One of the major attractions of the mountain is the glacier park. You can go there with the help of cable car and climb a bit more with the help of the wooden trail, made to get on the top of mountain to witness the south most glacier of China.
Walk in the Yak Meadows:
The area of Yak meadow is a large region of beautiful landscapes. In the summer, the whole landscape is filled with lush vegetations and assorted flowers. You can also experience the contrast of shades in the background, bringing Jade Mountain into a magnificent glory.
